This Case 1594 was the very last David Brown tractor to be built at the DB factory in Meltham before manufacturing closed by the J I Case company in 1988 and marks the end of the David Brown Tractor company. This tractor was send to the Case headquarters in Racine, Wisconsin, USA where it was studied by engineers at Case and then left, semi neglected before the David Brown Tractor Club Ltd bought it and returned it to its home in Meltham. The Tractor now lives at the Tractor Museum of the David Brown Tractor Club and sits on display to this day with fewer than 100 hours on the clock, only being run for events and shows.
